I think you may have missed my reply as I did ask you this on your previous thread.
It means your box does not have a return path.
It is, basically, not connected to our network due to a fault.
I have checked your area and, unfortunately, we are experiencing a Network fault at the moment.
Fault ref. 1728263
Our engineers are working as we speak and will have your service back ASAP.

It is unable to connect to the network - so you should also get an error message in the main menu.
It will reconnect itself and you can still play items by pressing PLAY in the MyShows list - don't press OK to select the programme from MyShows while the network is down as it will not work.
It will record normally too.

Jamie can you please confirm which area this fault ref is for? I am having the same problem (green light flashing) had no network availability for 2 days now.

Yours is not the same area but there is still a fault. This is logged under fault ticket F001727542.
Engineers are working to fix this asap.

Apologies for the issue with your ondemand,
I have looked into your area everythings is ok and have checked the box and all the signal levels are fine aswell. How long has this issue been ongoing? Would it be possible for you to retry your ondemand again this morning please
