Used to be a "chat" option in the help secton of Virgin Media website. Now no matter what help category I choose, there is only phone in the "contact us" section and in some cases email as well, but no "chat". What happened to the chat option? Why is it gone? What are the live chat opening hours? I would like to chat with a Virgin Media staff about a tricky broadband fault.
I believe the live chat option on the contact us page is only available to Virgins National customers. If you have you recently moved from a National area over to cable this may explain why this option is no longer available.
