the phone people are rather confusing, they've said for me to upgrade it would cost me £127.44 then £97.50, when i queried what i would be paying £127.44 they've said let me check and put me on hold!
not having a personal digg at you, you probably get enough of it already for misquoted prices by CS, but they should have the information.
the problem i see is, the staff(s) whom i have spoken to (a few times today) sound very unsure of what they are telling me, for me that not enough confidence to sign up to a package, i've been stung many times before with Virginmedia where i'm quoted 1 price on renewal and another is debited after 30 days.
For a communications company VM don't appear to be able to communicate package changes to their Customer Sales staff, this offer on VIP50 was issued on 5th August, 11 days later they still claim to know nothing about it. Says it all.
Hi samosa, I feel the same as you. I want VIP50 but will not upgrade until they have their story straight and they all agree. At the moment you can get two or three different answers with one phonecall. It's almost like calling different companies. Please VirginMedia sort this out.
