I have recently upgraded to the 120 Mpbs package mainly because my superhub was unstable and very slow but ever since I upgraded the speed was worse.
I spoke to the VM tech support over the phone and with little help and after several attempts, I was sent a new superhub with the same problem.
I have tried several things:
- put the SH into modem mode and the connect a E4200 v2 Linksys router - no difference
- changed wireless settings as suggested - no difference
- checked with a mac, desktop computer (wired), android tablet and Windows laptop and all show a slow speed.
- changed to a AE1000 adaptor for laptop - no difference.
Both wired and wireless the speed doesnt go over 4 mbps and sometime goes down to 0.5 mbps but the upload speed is upto 4-5 mbps.
What can I do?

Can you please try a speed test in router mode with a wired connection into a pc in safe mode with networking ( this mode may have anti virus disabled although once signed in make sure it is definitely disabled before running any tests.)
Go to http://www.speedtest.net/ and run a speed test on the London Namesco server as well as a server which is defaultly picked and make sure no one else in your home is using up your broadband connection when running the speed test which involves no torrenting.
Can you please also run a ping test on http://www.pingtest.net/
Can you please also post what you see from these folders

Right now I can see potentially quite a few issues with your connection, one of which may be due to your own equipment setup (check the colour of the light on your ethernet cable exactly where it plugs into the back of your super hub) If the light is orange then you need to get it to be green. I'll explain how to do that tomorrow.
Also there seems to be other more severe issues with your connection which involves a lot of packet loss. Again, hopefully someone can help you out tomorrow as I need to get some sleep now so goodnight.
Also you're on 100mbps not 120mbps.

Your issues look like high utilisation however there could also be other faults. Those downstream power levels are fine however can you please post the upstream power levels.
