Can you please try a speed test in router mode with a wired connection into a pc in safe mode with networking ( this mode may have anti virus disabled although once signed in make sure it is definitely disabled before running any tests.)
Go to http://www.speedtest.net/ and run a speed test on the London Namesco server as well as a server which is defaultly picked and make sure no one else in your home is using up your broadband connection when running the speed test which involves no torrenting.
Right now I can see potentially quite a few issues with your connection, one of which may be due to your own equipment setup (check the colour of the light on your ethernet cable exactly where it plugs into the back of your super hub) If the light is orange then you need to get it to be green. I'll explain how to do that tomorrow.
Also there seems to be other more severe issues with your connection which involves a lot of packet loss. Again, hopefully someone can help you out tomorrow as I need to get some sleep now so goodnight.
