I am having a lot of trouble connecting my epson xp-215 printer to my super hub 2 over wifi using wps.
the printer only has a wps button; there is no display or utility that I can find to manually configure the wifi
I have searched through this forum and tried every suggestion I can find
I have tried the following:
1. Hold down the button on the printer first for three seconds, then the button on the router
2. Hold down the button on the router first, then the printer
3. Check I've used the correct power supply
4. Turn the printer and the hub off & on again
5. Drop down to 54mbps
6. Creating a guest wireless network with security turned off
7. Disabling the firewall
8. Updated the firmware on the printer
I'm checking to see if it's connected by looking in the connected devices list. I suppose the fact that the wifi button on the printer goes back to red after flashing red green and the wps add client status had changed to timed out are also indicators.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

This is a super hub 2; it has both 2.4 & 5GHz networks.
I have tried switching off the 5GHz network too; that also didn't work.

Hmmm....I'm not familiar with your Epson printer however it sounds like you may need to connect the printer to a computer first and install the software to setup the wireless access first before you're able to use WPS to get connected.
Let us know how you get on.

Thank you for your response, but - as previously mentioned - I have not been able to find any software to enable me to configure the printers wifi settings manually.

Well, I must say; this is interesting.
epson.co.uk is the first place I looked - a day before I posted on this site.
At that time I didn't see the EpsonNet configuration utility, but now I do!
Thanks Gary, I shall try it out.

It might take a couple of weeks as the printer is at my brothers house, but I will update this forum with the results.
