Tivo installation



I recently ordered Tivo online as requested by the Virgin email's I received and had confirmation that an install was booked for the Tuesday 26th of April between the time of 08:00 and 13:00.

I booked a day of work and waited in all day for the engineer to arrive only for no one to turn up.

I called customer services and they could not trace the job even with the order number I had through the confirmation email I was given from Virgin to confirm the order.

They told me I would now have to rebook the order and they could not fit me in for another three weeks,the service I have received is very disappointing considering I have all my services with virgin and have been with them for several years.Please take this message as a warning if you have ordered Tivo through the online service make sure you call them beforehand even if you have got a confirmation order sheet.
