Re: Tablet Apps for Virgin Media

There is no app from virgin to do that. You will need to use the built in mail app on your tablet and put the virgin media mail server settings into that. I do not know android at all as I have never used it. But there must be a built in mail app on it.

Re: Tablet Apps for Virgin Media

As above

Use the built in mail app or go to the website

Re: Tablet Apps for Virgin Media

I thought it worked but when I send e mails they appear in the "sent items" but don't arrive!! Could I have entered something incorrectly?

Also a second question- I haven't got a "compose" button about the inbox etc listings so I can't compose a new e mail, just reply to ones already in the inbox.

More help much appreciated

Re: Tablet Apps for Virgin Media

Hi jandol,

If the emails are going into the Sent box this would suggest the emails are being sent.

Is there any error messages coming up at all?

What settings are you currently using?

Let us know.

Re: Tablet Apps for Virgin Media

Hi Kath

Thanks for your reply.

I went back into the settings and changed the virginmedia to blueyonder and selected something in the security drop down menu! Not sure which one helped but it is working now!

Thanks again.
