Ive had i nightmare trying to post, ive run this tracert several times and it times out on hop 9, i did a ping test to BBC the average time was 54ms its normally 13ms, ping test.net showed 250 packets sent, 246 packets recieved.
Can someone take a look at this for me, ive had to post using my adsl connection.

the tracert is ok as it can get past the hop to the next one
Please Select Your Modem/Router from the list below
AMbit 256 And Dlink – including any older model of modem i.e Motorola
and also click here to do a speed test
also can you tell us if your connection to the router is Ethernet or wireless
if your on wireless try to change the wireless channel (also try to download inSSIDer that will tell you what wireless channel isn’t being used or the least used)
and post all the results here makes it quicker at diagnosing the issue
also if using the AMbit 256 modem or the VMNG300 (50mb) Modem can you make sure you have removed the router and put the Ethernet lead straight into the modem and reboot the modem and computer. And if using the superhub try to put it into modem mode by following this guide Superhub in Modem Mode

Sorry to hear you have been having an issue with your connection. I have just checked the network segment to which your Superhub is connected. I haven't seen any problems over the last few days. If you are still having difficulties please ping and tracert to bbc.co.uk (again) and post the command output in a new thread.
