Every few weeks I need to login to my SuperHub, and almost every time browsing to http://192.168.0.1/ gives me "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".
Rebooting the router fixes the issue for a few days - but this is a real pain for me. Why does this keep happening?
Sorry to heat about your troubles. Are you connected wired / wireless when this happens?
Have you tried a different browser? Or cleared the settings from Internet Explorer? When you are unable to access http://192.168.0.1/, do you have another device at your disposal to test this?
You could try: http://192.168.100.1 & see if that's any better.
Thanks for replies.
I'm actually affected with the bug that is detailed in this thread:Can't get SuperHub login page - support requested
In the above thread Virgin claim the issue is resolved by "Super Hub R36 Firmware Rollout", but it certainly is not... I never use Chrome and I am still getting the problem.
Super Hub R36 Firmware Rollout
This issue is STILL happening and its now 2014 with no real resolution from VM.
I too cannot access 192.168.0.1 without a reset and guess what I AM NOT ON SITE!
How can VM not address this issue? I am going to modem mode and buy a real router as this is not solved in 3 years of troubleshooting.
SO many complaints about this and yet no resolution outside turn it off and on again.

Check suggestions in one of the other threads you duplicated this issue on!
