Can't see that happening (Lovefilm subs to VM) and if its just a rental list app then what's the point? There is such an app for Andriod phones but I can see the point of that, if you wanted to change what film Lovefilm would deliver next while you were at work

I hope we get full apps for Netflix and Lovefilm - but may end up with a very limited app like Spotify.

Would be a waste of a killer feature (dedicated 10mb connection) which no other PVR could match.
Oh well, my Xbox 360 streams Netflix and Lovefilm content just fine with a superior user interface. I just need to stream in STM friendly hours.

From what I know the Netflix service on US TiVo is something of a "killer app". A smart business move would have been for VM to talk with Netflix, discuss when/how the UK edition of the service would work in terms of protocols and have TiVo (company) start working on a suitable version of the US Netflix app. Then, with a bit of luck, on the day of Netflix UK coming out VM TiVo users would already have it, with a free three month (rather than regular one month) subscription to boot. What a coup that would be, eh?
But VM usually only do smart business moves by accident, so it seems. Obviously so, if this customer can outthink them.
