Hi,i,ve been trying to log in to my blueyonder email address which i,ve been using for the past 9years but when i tried today i kept getting a message saying my blueyonder.co.uk email address isn,t recognised??? Can you advise please as i need to access it urgently.

When I cicked on the mail.blueyonder link I was redirected directly to the email account I had logged into.
I didn't realise at the time I was still logged in to my VM email account. As this is my main account I was also logged into My VM.
I can see this as a serious security issue to account holders as you can see from the image there is a log out link on the top right of the page but it's very small and i can see account holders missing this. I didn't see it untill I went back to the screen shot as my page wasn't full screen at time I logged in.
Account holders using computers that are away from home might leave the page in a logged in state.
Thanks everyone for the replies and links :i tried logging in again to my blueyonder account via these links but still no joy as it still just keeps saying that my username /blueyonder email id isn,t recognised. I also tried the forgotten password incase it,s that although am certain it,s not but even then i,m still getting the same "not recognised/valid" email id are there any virgin staff here who can get this sorted please??!
