We made a call to customer services on the 22nd December and obtained my PAC number. We gave this to my new provider (Tesco Mobile) but nothing has happened. Tesco say they're waiting on Virgin Mobile. We can appreciate some delay given the Christmas period but this is far too long. Any explanation/help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Even with the Christmas period, you'd expect this transfer to have completed. For instance, port ins to our network from the 22nd were due to do through on the 28th.
The best way for this to be looked into would be to call our customer services. If you still have a working Virgin mobile on 789 or 0845 6000 789 (chargeable). From here, they'll be happy to contact our porting team to check everything is as it should be our end.
