Just thought I'd fiddle around on my virgin page, and it appears the TV anywhere online is not working.

Just cleared cache, no dice. Used a different browser altogether which has never been to virginmedia, nothing.
Tried with my work laptop, same deal.
Still an issue, definitely not working on my end.

Ok, so after getting through to support, they told me to use anywhere.virginmedia.com
The link above comes from the my.virginmedia.com page, and if you click on MY APPS, hover over Virgin TV anywhere, hover over online, the hyperlink is wrong.
I've now resolved this issue (but requires a fix on Virgin's end), but could the web team please fix the hyperlink (or configure a redirect) from the my.virginmedia.com page.

Check the original hyperlink I was talking about, it has been changed since this post was originally made. There was an option to view it from the apps page - "Online" (which DIDN'T WORK). This is no longer there. It has been replaced with an "overview" page, which then references the correct hyperlink.
This has nothing to do with what account has access or not, it was bad coding on the my.virginmedia.com page
