Please check on the manage accounts page using The main account that access to tv anywhere is enabled to the account you are attempting to use. Find this by hitting my virginmedia > profile > manage accounts
Check the original hyperlink I was talking about, it has been changed since this post was originally made. There was an option to view it from the apps page - "Online" (which DIDN'T WORK). This is no longer there. It has been replaced with an "overview" page, which then references the correct hyperlink.
This has nothing to do with what account has access or not, it was bad coding on the my.virginmedia.com page
