The installer doesn't seem to have completed the installation on our systems yet - I'm sorry for that, I'll try and find out why and I'll see if I can get the install closed off, the relevant hits will then reach the card and your service should activate.
Don't worry, it's because I asked him to. When I was running checks on the boxes, they were reporting back some strange information that I hadn't seen before, they were also refusing to activate for me. But, it looks like they are making progress now. It's possible that your service will be active before the tech arrives.
I'm trying to set my Virgin box up but after following some of the answers to other questions that have been asked I have found the Card Status is Never Paired - so just wondering what I have to do to fix this?
