My TiVo Apps - PIN

Please can you tell me how to change my PIN for the current one?

Press Home then help &settings and parental controls then change pin. HTH

No - my Parental Control PIN is not the same as my TiVo App PIN.

 

I know how to change the Parentsl Control PIN - is the App PIN I want to change (actually to be the same).

Sorry, I misunderstood your question. The only suggestion I can make is to go to www.virginmedia/mytivoapps and register again with a new username and put in the pin you want. Maybe someone else can make a better suggestion.

I think once registered that is the end.

 

There isn't an option to change or delete the username either.

No you can re-register. I just did and got into twitter with both usernames and pin numbers. Give it a try.

I don't get an option to re-register - it just tells my my username and passwored - no options to change.

If you go into my apps on Tivo and click on twitter you will find the next screen says My Apps Login with your apps name under "I'm not on this list". click on not on this list and put in a different name and pin and then delete the original my apps name with the yellow button.

You would have to go into www.virginmedia/mytivoapps to activate it.

It just says login details are incorrect and tells me to go to virginmedia.com/mytivoapps  -  where the old username and PIN are still there - with no option to change them

are you using auto fill on your browser. so when you go to the apps site, your browser fill's in your user name and password.

switch auto fill off, and then try  re-register
