Just bought a Motorola Moto G from Tesco with their SIM.. Initially I got connection to my blueyonder email account but now continually says 'could not connect to server'. I am using the correct sign on and getting Internet connection through the wireless router. Any help would be appreciated!

Let's get this sorted for you
I would firstly check you can access the email through web mail with the exact password then delete account which you have set and recreate it again.

Hi Rita B
Thanks for getting back to me.
After fiddling around with the settings (and copying settings on my Samsung Tablet) I seem to have got my In box sorted by moving to IMAP from POP3 and changing the port. My sent items on both devices are erratic and when I sent a test message from my Moto G it only shows in its sent items. Not on my PC or the Tab or Webmail.
Bit reluctant to try your suggestions in case I lose the Inbox messages but will proceed if you still advise it. Bit confused about step 1 though. Whereabout and on which device should I do this and other actions?

Thank you for getting back to me. The steps i have given is for the Moto G phone. If your okay with the way you have set it up, i would advise keep it that way
However, if you call our technical team on 789 (any Virgin Mobile Phone) or 150 (Virgin Land line) or 0845 6000 789 (from any other Landline) open between 8am-8pm Mon-Sun so we can look in to this further for you.
