I am unable to gather any information about your local connection like power levels etc. for some reason. Can you please post these so we can check them or give us a call if you need help doing this.
I have managed to check the network segment to which your equipment is connected and there do not appear to have been any network problems recently. If you are still experiencing difficulties then please re-post with traceroutes to bbc.co.uk (no WWW) and any other sites which are causing you problems.

Really bad this evening. Low speeds, high latency and buffering video. This is not acceptable. I pay for a good evening service.
This has been happening for 5 evenings now. Wake up VM!!

Got a update from CEO Complaints Case Manager
That seems like a brush-off. I hope not. There was no mention in Marina's reply that she will follow/monitor the case.
