LoL Unplayable - Lag Spikes :(

Suffering terible lag spikes to EU West League of Legends servers in the evening, the in-game lag meter shows anywhere from 150ms to 300+ ms. Game is unplayable...

 

Have a BT Broadband in the house, and when I test using that connection the game reports a stable 40ms...

 

Any help?

I am sorry to hear your suffering lag spikes with our broadband service.

Thanks for getting back to us so quickly.

I've had a look over your connection and it seems that your downstream power level is very very high. We will need to rectify this for you - I've sent you a PM.

I've noticed there are also high utilisation problems affecting your upstream (F002300189) and also your downstreams (F002321292).

Whilst we can rectify the power level and stabilize the service, please be aware that these two utilisation faults can/will cause problems with latency/lag, slow speeds, etc ..

F002321292 has a current estimated fix time of 01/05/2013.
F002300189 has a current estimated fix time of 20/02/2013.
