Although I can access VM homepage and several of my saved sites, there seems to be some sort of major problem this morning. I can access direct.gov.uk, but have great difficulty accessing other pages on this website. Other websites time out before the connection is complete. Is there anyway I can trace the route to websites and find if there is a broken link somewhere along the line?
I see Forum team members are replying to other posts today but not this one. Is this something they have nno knowledge about then??
Increasingly frustrated as the day slips by. If this is still the same by Monday, I reckon I'll phone up and cancel my longstanding agreement with VM. I'll also be writing to OFTEL about the sometimes appalling service from VM.
Did a quick search and found that VM have been having problems with their servers, but nothing resolved. There was mention if others were having problems they would escalate this. Heres my latest tracert

I just want a forum team member to acknowledge this as a problem. Is that too much to ask?
There is problems EVERYDAY with Virgin. Possibly the worst ISP known to man, they really need to do the decent thing and either fix their **bleep** or start compensating people. Look how many threads there are about problems.
Highlights this week include losing the internet for a full 24 hours, pages often timing out and today the connection mysteriously drops once an hour.
