How to change my blueyonder email password?

Hi, been ages since ive done this and can't figure out where to do it?

I'm logged into my virgin media but still don't see where to change it.

Any pointers?

[ Edited ]

log into My Virgin Media/My Profile. (Beware of trying to change your username, this only changes the logon username, not the email address itself.)

The new password must comply with:

  • 6-10 characters
  • letters and numbers only, no symbols
  • start with a letter
  • contain at least one digit

Re: How to change my blueyonder email password?

I'm trying to change the password for my ntlworld email.

When trying to login to my profile (as above) I just get a messge telling me to dial  0845 454 1111 to answer a few questions. I'm then asked for my Virgin Media number. However I'm not a Virgin customer.

Any ideas, or do I abandon my NTL world account?

Cheers.

Re: How to change my blueyonder email password?

you might as well, as it could disappear at any time. VM only support email services for their customers, although they seem very slack about closing ex-customer accounts. It would be worth call them and asking them to close it since you can no longer change password etc, and there are numerous reports of webmail accounts being hacked and sendng spam to all the contacts.
