Is it possible to cancel Virgin Media services without going through the farcical of phoning up and waiting on hold for nearly an hour (musical chairs) to speak to someone?
I would rather send a letter via recorded delivery detailing my intentions and reasons why, if it's possible can I have the address?
I intend to take my Phone & Line Rental to Sky (keeping the same number) and go to an LLU provider for my Broadband such as Sky, BE, Plusnet etc and cancel the TV package as were off to Sky.
