Are you sure you copy&pasted that modem connection info correctly? I ask that because I can only see one downstream channel there, when typically the SH stats screen will show 8, 4 of which would be typically used and 4 unused.
If you really do only have one downstream channel then I'd see that as a problem. I'd also suggest the power level on the downstream you do have should be higher, -3 to +7 is the rule of thumb optimal range, and you're at the very bottom end and arguably off it.
Assuming posted info is correct you'd likely need an engineer visit. Fastest way to do that would be to call VM, slowest way would be to wait 7 days or so for a forum tech response.

Good point, I hadn't check the provisioning and assumed that because this was in the 50Mb forum that it was a 50Mb user.

Hi I have checked your network segment in regards to your slow speed issue. I have not found any issues on the network.
