High Power Levels?

Hi I was told in a PM that my power levels are high and an engineer needs to come and look at my service.

 

here is the ref number i was given

what are your downstream and upstream power levels mate ?

 

type 192.168.100.1 in your address bar and hit go and it will bring up the details of your modem and you can tell us.

Is there a generic Username and password for the superhub?? I'm really useless with all this!!

The default user name and password are on a sticker on the side they are.

Username: Admin

Password: Changeme

If you were told in a PM I presume it was from the suppot team on here.

 

As they have access to tools to check your power levels remotely they would not tell you an engineer was needed if it were not the case.

Please post the Upstream and Downstream stats from your modem just click http://192.168.100.1/ the username is admin and the password is changeme, then click on the small red writing that says advanced settings then look down the left hand side and under Maintenance click on connection and copy and post the details from there.
