Re: Game of Thrones

I had Sky then, dumped them due to rubbish service but just realised I don't have Sky Atlantic!

Re: Game of Thrones

Availability of SKY channels on Virgin depends on SKY (not Virgin).

Re: Game of Thrones

I would love Virgin to have Sky Atlantic in time for games of thrones but we know it wont happen too sky been greedy. I left Sky last year for Virgin and by far a better service in my opinion is Virgin the way sky treat its customers and the way it treated me leaving which basically nearly ended up me taking them to court. I hope in future theres some kind of new guide lines or law to make the competion fair  so Virgin can be the channels at a competative rate and not Skys high demand prices.

Re: Game of Thrones

Game of Thrones is Sky Atlantic's only real draw.  Can't see them adding it while the current season in on.

If we're going to get it, I suspect it might be if VM can't get BT Sports as a replacement for ESPN in the XL package because BT want too much money.  At that stage, the XL package takes a pretty big hit that will get the churn numbers up again - ponying up Sky's asking price for Atlantic might keep the natives from getting too reckless.

Reckon we'll only get the SD version anyway.
