Hi Oliver, I am also having the same problem, I have been unable to make outgoing calls, I get a number not recognised message for every number I try?? This has been going on for a week??!!

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your phoneline. I have run a line test and also checked the network in your area and have not found any problems. We would need to rule out your telephone equipment as it is possible that it could be causing a problem. Have you tried an alternative telephone handset into the master socket?
Have you tried calling a few different types of number I,e local, national and mobile? or are all calls affected?
