Hi new to this had virgin for 2 weeks now, problem after problem, but now for my next problem the installation guys where having lot's of trouble with my broadband and set my primary account to something that is impossible to remember CAN IT BE CHANGED !!!!!!!!!! Or is this something virgin can't get right.

windy10, if you only joined 2 weeks ago then the legacy email domain names issue won't be relevant.
If you don't like your email address then just create one you do like. You can't delete or change the 'primary' one, but neither do you have to use it (except for logging in to My Virgin Media in order to manage your account).

But this is why i want to change it so i can manage my virgin media account the one the engineer give me is just a jumble of letters.

If it's just a jumble of letters then you most likely haven't yet created a primary e-mail address
All you should need to do is log into My Virgin Media using the details you have and then go to 'Manage Household Accounts' to create a login you want to use
