Cant return equipment!

Hi everyone,

After moving home I had to cancel VM as they dont provide the service in my area.

This morning (via mail forwarding) I received empty boxes, told I have to pack up the equipment and take it to a Collect+ to return it.
However, after looking on the website there is no collect+ in the town where I live for me to take it to.

What am I supposed to do?

Gary, no unfortunately I do not have a VM store in my town.

Nicola, yeah I guess I will have to give them a call.
