Can I get another Virgin HD box?

The TV in the lounge is all hooked up to Virgin and is working fine.

We have another HD tv upstairs but there is only an aerial connection to it, and no cable connection (although I think an old one maybe in the room - but it has no cables coming out from it.

Is there anyway I could get Virgin put into this 2nd room, and if so, how much would it cost to get it installed and then how much would it and to my monthly bill ?

Thanks

Re: Can I get another Virgin HD box?

The install charge for a second box would be £49.95. This includes any changes to cabling.

The multiroom charge depends on which box you decide to have. If it's the Non recording type (VHD) it will be £6.50 pcm. If you want the recording type (TiVO) it will be £11.50pcm.

Re: Can I get another Virgin HD box?

If taking TiVo, don't you have to pay one-off £49.95 activation as well as the installation?

Re: Can I get another Virgin HD box?

Activation charge only applies to the 1TB TiVO, not to the 500 Gig or the VHD.
