Bundle charges

My total bundle charges are £40.85. How can I get a breakdown of the individual items? I cannot see anywhere that shows this.

Re: Bundle charges

There isn't a breakdown - Virgin Media sell services as a bundle.

do you get paper bills? or E-bills?

if you get E-bills the breakdown of your package should be on it.

if you get E-bills, can you log into your VM account? -> https://my.virginmedia.com/home/index

you can view your bills there, which will show you the breakdown.

it'll say how much your line rental/landline/broadband/etc costs each.

Via ebilling you get a bundle cost for TV/BB and any extras, plus a separate line rental cost. Not a separate cost for each item, because Virgin Media don't bill in that way.
