My usual login doesn't seem to work from that page.
If I use the Alias Checker via the link from the login error page, it tells me "There is no username available. Please register first or contact customer support team.". But also lists the three email addresses I used via Blueyonder.
have phoned virgin 4 times have not been to acess my blueyonder form 19/3/11 just got a load of bull**bleep** form virgin telling me they know about the problem and they keep promsing to phone me back ,they must have a phone problem to because they never did lol,looking into switiching to sky
