Log into My Virginmedia (click at the top of this page next to the red help) with your blueyonder email address and password, then go to My profile and you will see the change password option.

If you mean to ask will this change the password for all the email account that you've set up then the answer would be no - you've have to do this by logging into My Virgin Media with the primary account and changing them indiviually via 'My Profile' followed by 'Manage Accounts'.
If I've got the wrong end of the stick here and have failed to understand the query, please accept my apologies and let us know so we can get back to you again.

You can't edit or change blueyonder aliases since the switch to the VM/Google email system. All you can change is the name that shows when you use the alias, via the webmail settings, accounts tab.
When you change the password for the main blueyonder account it changes the password for all the aliases under that account as well.
