Have tried to access my blueyonder.co.uk email account via virginmedia.com and it no longer recognises my email address. Email address is definitely still live as no issues with accessing email account via Outlook etc. Any assistance appreciated.

There is a tool to check what your username for webmail purposes is here: https://ipauth.virginmedia.com/SSO_BLUEYONDER/serv
Enter your blueyonder email address into the checker and it will tell you what your user name is.
If the alias checker does not recognise your email address then it may be that your email account has become 'orphaned' from your virginmedia account. If this is the case you will have to ring in on 151 (free from a VM mobile or landline) or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone provider (chargebale) - select the problem with broadband option
