This is really starting to annoy me as well. I have been on hold for over an hour tonight to try and get help. When I hang up to try and redial after 50 mins it seems like my phone is still on hold. I have never had such bad customer service!!!
My colleague has sent an email out to our team and we are currently gathering information for our TV department to investigate this further at the moment.
