I have recently had the superhub installed and my upload speed has reduced, Could somebody please have a look and see if they can find any reason for the slow speeds. I have unticked both firewall features and Ip flood detection.
theres a load of threads on this appearing, I have same issue your upload should be double what it is http://i146.photobucket.com/albums/r258/couchie_01/VM3.jpg as I understand it, it has reduced to a lower platform that is more noise tolerant, as i said theres a few threads on this looks like a super hub problem. The max raw bit rate should be double what it is showing in your link.
I've seen many other posts regarding the upstream rate which appears to be yet another problem with the superhub.
There are a lucky few who have managed to get a 50Mb modem as a replacement and it's fixed the problem straight away. They are very few and far between though and by no means guaranteed you'd get one.
Thankfully I had my 50Mb before this superdud was released so have had no problems.
As there are many that don't have a problem with it I can only assume there is a "big" bad batch of superduds out there.
Either that or there is a firmware problem relating to the kit at the UBR you are connected to.
Whatever I'm off to Infinity next month so I'll be able to report on how that performs as opposed to VM. Should prove interesting.
If you want to ring in call 0800 052 0431 and hope for UK support (mornings seem to be best).

hi, no have decided to live with it. it hasnt disconnected since it was installed, and everyone i know at work has the same problem, i am getting just over 1 meg up and over 30 down and ping doesnt go over 20, im happy with this, and don't want to swap for one that may disconnect or need reboots, due to the number of hubs doing this im guessing it's a sensitivity issue, also guessing maybe fixed by fireware?
