I am a complete newbie when it comes to networking so please answer layman terms
I have a superhub and want to add another router(Netgear wirless G), not to boost the signal or anything but so i can have the suberhub on the 2.4GHz frequency and the other router on the 5GHz frequency (or the other way round. doesn't really matter)
This router does both 2.4GHz and 5GHz at the same time.
-- Red (VM SH2 AC Beta tester) Running on 200Mb VM service with SH2 AC in Modem Mode, with a ASUS RT-N66U router. With this setup I get Fantastic WIRED and WIRELESS Signals in my home. I dont work for VM. But I work in IT, and I know my tech. My advice is at your own risk.

You can connect multiple devices or routers to boost a wireless signal, but officially we do not support it. The more routers you have connected the slower the speed will be. There are workarounds, like already advised. Putting the superhub into modem only mode. Using power line adapters instead is another option.
