Hi,
I see some other people have this problem but could not see the solution. Please could you help. My Modem/router will at random intervals disconnect (every hour approximately). The disconnects seem much more frequent during the day and less frequent in the evenings.
During a disconnect The "virgin" light on the front turns from solid blue to red, then to flashing blue, then the modem/router will reconnect itself and continue working normally without my intervention.
The SNR and power levels seem to be within your limits (see below), also I have copied the even logs - but the disconnects are not shown on the event log.
Please will you help, and if it is a faulty modem, please could you send a replacement?
