Internet connection keeps dropping

For the last 2 months or so our internet connection keeps suddenly dropping with no warning. Rebooting modem and router seems to work, but often it then drops again a short time afterwards - within 5 mins. This can go on 2 or 3 times.

This is getting increasingly frustrating.
