throughout today i've been having issues with the signal from the box to my modem, first time in ages..i've booked an engineer finally. But seriuosly need to do something about your abroad support they useless..

Is the fault with a D Link Router as per the title if so why have they booked an engineer.?

Hi nifriwispe,
If the technician has been, has the connection improved? If the fault was wireless, I doubt the technician would fix it as it isn't within their remit (unless they feel nice).
