Having had my Televsion, Broadband and Telephone installed last Saturday, to date only the teline line works.
We have spent three days trying to find somebody within the Virgin organisation to assist. It has cost us a fortune in wasted time.
Is there anybody in the Virgin world to assist. this could be the biggest mistake of my life by switching to Virgin !!!!!
