Not issue with email being blocked, but the email servers Virgin Media not responding (see the 'timed out' part).
Virgin Media, we use blueyonder for our email services (work) and we are getting emails that are being delayed by upwards of 5 hours. This is NOT acceptable for a email service.. never mind one being used for work.
