I've been having this problem for some time now, Virgin/Blueyonder continually buffering at log in, worse now that I've just received a Firefox update, running Windows 10, used to be just sluggish but now it's terrible, thanks in advance for any help.
PS I'm still able to get messages via Gmail and Windows Mail, just cant get access from this morning to manage/delete them.
and your wider issue is caused by the fact the web mail service is extremely flaky even when it does work. You may have to try another browser. We have see reports of FF and win 10 not working well with VM web mail - reason unknown, it just is.
