unable to log-in to my virgin.net mai account from laptopl
I have a virgin.net email account which I can access via my iphone and ipad. I am no longer able to login using my laptop. I navigate to virginmedia.com site and click on the mail icon, I enter my email account name and password and the session simply sticks on :-https://mail2.virginmedia.com/appsuite/signin
Are you a current VM broadband customer? If not it might be something completely different and not to your advantage.
