I am trying to access my account but i am getting the message "this is a secondary account,only the main account holder can access billing" Even though i am the main account holder.
As usual Virgin are no help at all.
Can anyone help?
Yes you're the account holder, but you're logging into the wrong account if your aim is to see billing etc.
If you don't remember what your primary My VM username is, use the forgotten username option, link: https://my.virginmedia.com/forgot-details/username
