Hello - can anyone help - this message below was returned when trying to email to this (disguised for security) email address
have they now changed to virgin media email addresses

I think that just means that you have sent to an invalid/non-existant email address
suggest you try *******@ntlworld.com instead, I don't think there ever was an @ntlworld.co.uk

Whilst your fixing everyones 550 problems could you add mine to the list. I'm getting the same error 550.

surely a non-delivery report is generated by the receiving end, not by the sending end. If you are convinced that for some reason the error was generated unjustifiably I would think you should take it up with the recipient's ISP (or is that VM also?)

Were you also sending to @ntlworld.co.uk, and did switching to @ntlworld.com fix it?
If not, and you're still having problems please re-post with some more details.
