iphone and my vm email not working

Hi

Why from yesterday afternoon have I stopped receiving emails on my iPhone 4 (@ntlworld.co.uk address) and now i can access webmail from myVM ??

they are moving the ntlworld servers over to Google - they did send out an email and there is a stick post at the top of this forum:

So possibly you need to make some changes to your config. I also understand that Apple stuff does not work well with POP unless IMAP is disabled in webmail (and POP is enabled of course).

Hi peelmeister,

Did you manage to resolve your problem? Also, I assume it was a typo but our ntl: email domain is @ntlworld. com rather than @ntlworld.co.uk.
