Re: ipad webmail

Follow the guidance here on setting up Outlook as your mail client. The settings are for VM only. You do not need to log into your MS account (supposing you have one).

Re: ipad webmail

THanks for your patience,

Do I download the outlook app to may ipad first ?

The manual instructions show @virginmedia .com , do I add @blueyonder.co.uk?

used my blueyonder password and said it was wrong

All I want is my emails!! I have tickets to try and print !!

Re: ipad webmail

Others will be along to help on this one. But you'll surely need Outlook on your ipad to make it work. The server settings are as in the guidance (uses virginmedia.com details) but your VM password is your VM password irrespective of the domain name. The send and reply addresses will be your blueyonder addresses. The guidance shows virginmedia.com as examples but makes it clear that you substitute BY addresses where needed.

Re: ipad webmail

My patience hasn't run out. My technical expertise with ipads is very limited and that has run out. Someone else will be along to help soon. I hope.

Re: ipad webmail

Actually I've just had a thought. Why are we doing this through Outlook on your ipad? The ipad has it's own mail client which would do the job perfectly well. That is the direction to go in. Wait for further advice.
