incoming emails

I am unable to reply or forward any emails i have received

Hi ruthconway, 

 

Welcome to the forums, I'm sorry to see you have been having trouble with your emails. 

 

So we can get to the bottom of this please answer the following questions:

  • Are you using webmail or client mail (Like Outlook). 
  • Are you able to log into webmail ok? 
  • Are you getting any sort of error message?
  • If you are using client mail are you using POP or IMAP? 
  • Are the settings the same as those found here? 
  • Do you have current Virgin media services? 

Once we have this information then we will be able to investigate further.
