imap4.blueyonder.co.uk. How do I get rid of it please.

I keep getting imap4.blueyonder.co.uk when I try to delate emails,I cannot send or reply to emails,how do I remedy the problem .

That does not sound too good. Is it still happening? I am able to login to our IMAP server with your email address okay from here. It may be worth removing and recreating the account on the device, we have the settings here Email settings for addresses ending in @blueyonder.co.uk

                    thank you for your help,my problem is fixed now,more by accident.I changed my email password to that which it was originally and the email comes on as a different "format"if that's the right word.

   The problem is fixed and that is the main thing.
