If you're thinking about accessing the webmail then: In the bookmark menu/list of your chosen web browser create a new bookmark that points to either https://www.virginmedia.com/email/ or http://email.virginmedia.com or even https://my.virginmedia.com/my-apps/email/mailbox . Once you have the bookmark created, drag the bookmark that you just created onto the desktop. It should create a click-able icon on your desktop that will load your web browser straight into the webmail each time you use the icon.

There's an even quicker way for Windows Machines

  1. Right click on an unused part of the desktop
  2. Select New->Shortcut
  3. In the box that appears type the url http://email.virginmedia,com and press enter or click next
  4. Choose a Name this can be whatever you want, I chose Virgin Email and press enter or click Finish

I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media. Learn more

Thanks ravenstar68 as iam running windows vista i will try your tip first, thanks to you guys for your help

Has anyone noticed the error in that url link? You put a comma before com which of course doesn't work. It should of course be http://email.virginmedia.com - at least I think so from what I've learned about the format of URLs

Thanks ravenstar68 for this crystal clear and so simple instruction, which took a few seconds to set up.  I am now stress free and up and running!
