email white screen and pulsating dots

Having the same problem as many, i.e. unable to access email@blueyonder.co.uk

I can log in to my Virgin account . but when I try to log into my email I just get blank screen with 3 pulsing dots.  This has been going on now for a couple of  week's now. I have to log in using my iPhone So I Can DELTE MAIL

Virgin PLEASE pull your finger out and sort this, it really is not good enough considering the prices you charge.

Re: email white screen and pulsating dots

I have been replying to dozens of these queries over the weekend and today with work arounds too. You only have to read similar threads to get the answer you need, but as you insist. The system is dysfunctional in the extreme. VM are aware and are investigating. We have pressed hard for resolution but so far without success. We don't know the cause and we are not sure that VM do either.

Under the current circumstance HowardML's suggestion of using an email client is (AFAICS) the best solution.

Re: email white screen and pulsating dots

Using an email client is by far the best option.

However, provided that you are not using a shared computer, another way is once you do get access to webmail leave the tab open and don't log out.

Ironically Outlook.com is down for me right now.  I cannot access any of my microsoft addresses via their webmail version.
